Cooking is what makes Dulce jump with joy! She is the founder of Dulce Aromas, Inc. where she operates as a Personal Chef and Cooking Instructor creating flavourful meals with love, to nourish the body and soul of everyone who touches her life.

For more than a decade, Dulce has positively transformed her health by changing her cooking and eating habits which influences the way she cooks today. Her cuisine is Plant-Forward which is an expression of healthier, more sustainable food choices and menus. It is about expanding choices with real plant ingredients as the focus of the meal, and inclusion of minimal grass-fed, sustainable animal products while using the healthiest cooking method to prepare them.

Dulce is a Certified Health Coach from Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, certified in L.E.A.N Start for Families with Children, Prime Time Health for Seniors and L.E.A.N. Expectations for Pregnant Women. She is a graduate of the Life Transformational Program, Hippocrates Health Institute, where she learned the art of Raw Vegan Cuisine, Intermittent Fasting and body detox. She is also a Wellness Coach for Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Broward County for the MOMS4WELLNESS program.

Dulce supports individuals with health challenges to live in optimal health by transforming their eating and cooking habits. Her coaching approach is based on four pillars of health; Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition with a focus on – but not limited to –Plant-Forward cooking and eating.

She has traveled around the world absorbing different cuisines and discovering that cooking and eating to achieve good health can be delicious, easy and affordable. Her Caribbean heritage has inspired her to fuse Latin and Caribbean flavors with global cuisine. Her cooking is balanced, diverse and delicious. When Dulce is not in the kitchen, she is reading, and creating recipes and menus.
